Which Trackman bay or private room should I book?

An open bay is ideal for solo practice. The VIP room is best for 2–5 golfers and can fit up to six. For groups of six or more, the two adjoining private rooms can be connected. Tell us your group size and we can help you choose. These are space recommendations; check the rates for the number of golfers included. View bay and room rates

Do all bays have the same Trackman setup?

Yes. All five bays have Trackman 4, dual swing cameras, 45 mm hitting turf and 4K projectors. Choose your space around privacy and group size; seating and screen size vary. Explore the shared setup

Can I play virtual golf in an open bay?

Yes. The open bays and private rooms are set up for both practice and Trackman virtual golf. Play a round solo or with friends, and explore Trackman’s course library to see the available course range. Explore virtual golf

Do I need a membership to book a golf bay?

No. Visitors can book a session without a membership. Visitor sessions are usually available between 10am and 10pm, by booking only. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange your visit. Members and valid lesson-pass holders have 24/7 access for booked sessions. Enquire about a visitor session

Are training aids included with my practice session?

Training aids are free for members to use in the studio. Available aids include HackMotion, TRS Slider, SuperSpeed, ProSENDR and GBox. Ask us before booking if you would like to use a particular training aid. See membership benefits

Can I bring food and drinks for a group session?

You can bring your own food and drinks to the VIP room. For a larger gathering, contact us to discuss the connected private rooms and shared gathering area, including catering arrangements. Enquire about a private event

Can I host a private golf event or corporate team-building session?

Yes. Smash Factor hosts private golf gatherings and team-building sessions at our Kwun Tong studio. Tell us your preferred date, group size and the type of event you have in mind so we can discuss a suitable setup. Enquire about a golf event
